I was going to make pizza last week, but I got lazy and turned to Pizza Hut instead. My laziness paid off though, because it was the answer to "we have no food in this house!" when we got back into town today. (We went to Hutchinson for the weekend.) I pretty much always have stuff to make pizza dough on hand (flour, olive oil, salt, yeast, sugar) but the toppings are another story. So this was a bit of a make-do with what's in the fridge pizza. Aaron, not surprisingly, went pepperoni all the way. I decided to use up some leftover rotisserie chicken on my paler half. A little (or heaping handfuls, whatever) mozzarella, some romano, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and we're done. Yes, it looks a bit rustic, but it was the perfect end-of-weekend meal.
